Floozy!

In which I REALLY love Aiden. He's totally straight. I mean, seriously. He was going to start out as a lithe figure and then I decided most of my characters are always skinny so I made him slightly pudgy but not a whole lot. He knows he's somewhat over weight but doesn't care much as he has a healthy love for food and tends to gain it in the summer time when he's overly lazy. In the winter time he'll shed 30 pounds. Probably.

My new goal in life BTW is to post a new writing every day. Just snippets of what I am working on to keep working on it. We'll see how this goes. It'll all rough draft though as this is only the first draft of the story I am working on at the moment.

"LIES!" A voice screamed out in anger. Seele almost jumped out of her chair as a fist slammed down on the table, the drinks rattling. She wanted to die as she noticed people were staring at them. Sprite looked almost shocked. His eyes were wide in surprise and his mouth was hanging open in a small O. A saying her mom used to tell her as a kid popped into her head, something about catching flies if you kept your jaw open. Dark red hair fell around the boys face as he leaned onto the table and stared at Sprite with bright purple eyes that looked like they were ready to burst into tears. "You told me you loved me and yet here I find you with this... this... FLOOZY. Sick my ass Sprite. WHO IS SHE!"

"Oh my god." Sprite sounded mortified, FELT mortified as he tried to slouch into his chair and somehow melt into the floor. If only it would open wide and swallow him whole so he could escape from the scene at hand. He should of expected it. He felt bad for Seele who looked like she just wanted to die, or maybe hide. Truth be told she wasn't sure what she wanted to do herself at the moment. She was just floored as to what was going on.

"Well..." The boy hissed out angerily as he grabbed Sprite by the face and turned him so they were face to face. "What do you have to say?"

"Um... Hi Aiden? Is it the weekend already?" He was pretty sure his voice just rose an octave or two by the time he was finished speaking such a simple string of words. "This is my friend Seele." He pointed to the other girl. She was already back in her chair and her head was buried in her hands. "She's single." He whispered quietly. Seele groaned. She would of asked him how he knew such a thing but really considering how she acted in school it wasn't such a hard guess that she was single. Dating just wasn't her thing, and for many reasons.

Seele didn't question why this information was given, she could clearly see why. In one smooth action Aiden was sliding a chair over to there table and sitting down. He propped his elbow on the table and rested his hand on top of it as he turned to face Seele with a wide smile on his face. He held out his other slight pudgy hand in offering. "Hi," He said his voice smooth. "My name is Aiden. I'm this lunatics bestest best friend in the whole entire world." Seele took the offered hand uncertainly. She tended to avoid contact with other people so shaking someone hand felt almost sort of foreign to her. She tried to make it not seem like she was snatching her hand back when he let go and she dropped it back down in her lap.
